Lucy’s talk will be about The History of Waste in Devon and how it relates to our waste management in modern day Devon. Lucy Mottram is the Waste Education Officer for Devon County Council, helping people understand the complex issues behind waste and resource management through engaging and interesting activities, tours, and talks.  She is passionate about the ways we can all play a part in saving our precious planet’s resources. In her spare time, she co-chairs a community group (Sustainable Bradninch) who run a local Community Fridge and a Repair Café and is also a Cub Scout leader.
