Lily is well known as the proprietor of The Topsham Bookshop. She has collected ephemera connected with wartime civil life in Britain from posters, recipes, advice and demands!

A known writer and editor in her own right, she is a committed and involved member of the Topsham community as well as having an interest in the history of everyday life in Britain.
